Middle School Physical Education
Middle School P.E. classes meet four times a week. Sports skills, physical fitness training, rhythmic movement through music, and games which include rules, tactics, teamwork and sportsmanship are taught to the students.   Wellington School offers a diversified P.E. curriculum and also an extracurricular sports program in which all grade levels can participate.

The goal of middle school health is to improve the student's interaction with others, make healthy choices, build self esteem, and learn how to take positive actions regarding their own health.  Our goal is to educate the middle school students in such a way that health influences them to make positive lifestyle choices.
